In addition to leading JMIN as managing director, Ken is chief solution architect in ERP implementation projects. Ken’s diverse range of special knowledge from finance and shop-floor operations to programming and Database make him a uniquely trustworthy ally for CEOs, CFOs and CIOs who are responsible for transforming their business by right investments in technologies.
Nandkishor Bande
Director - Technology
Nandkishor works as Head of Quality Assurance and Testing, having 23+ years of software testing delivery & consulting experience, Managed large testing projects in BFSI domain (capital market, retail banking, investment operations), Energy-Utility domain and Education domain. Proficient in creating test solutions, process innovation & metrics management. Proficient in bid anchoring, estimations, solutioning and delivery strategy, Transformation solutions in test automation, test data management, performance testing, security, blockchain and agile delivery.
With small team and less experienced resources, he puts the right matrix in right topology to feel the customer a world that they have never experienced before and swim effortlessly to success. His skill to apply and distinguish what works for corporate and what works for small company was very intelligent.
Mruthunjaya Ugaji
Architect - II
Mruthunjaya Ugaji works as a Senior Bilingual Technical Architect for Java based projects, having more than 20 years of experience in Japanese IT industry in development of Web Based Applications in Java and other server-side technologies. Worked in Japan for more than 10 years as a Software Engineer for major IT companies like Epson, Shift INC, Onosokki. Has also worked as a Bridge Engineer handling all Japanese Communication between Indian Software Development team and Japanese counterpart.
He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics from SJCE Mysore University, Karnataka, India and is having 2nd level certification in Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
Shraddha Waghmode
Program Lead - II
Shraddha brings a hands-on coding expertise as well as engineering management and operations skill-set to setup, analyse and optimise software development and allied initiatives. With her experience in working on the cross-section of engineering, marketing and product management functions with globally distributed teams, Shraddha helps project stake-holders “keep-things-together”. She is also a practicing DevOps enthusiast bringing automation methodologies to her projects.
Shraddha holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SNDT University, India and Masters in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, USA. She is an agile learner, a good communicator and a problem-solver bringing a balance of hard and soft skills to make her team more effective.
