Pranita Kanitkar
Program Lead - I
Pranita works as a Program Lead – I for Japanese projects. She has over 12 years of experience in the Japanese IT industry, specializing in Bilingual Software Testing, Requirement Analysis, and Coordination with Japanese counterparts. She has also worked in Japan for 1 year. Her knowledge of Database and Programming adds value to her Testing and Project Management capabilities. Prior to starting her career as a bilingual tester, she spent 6 years managing Japanese translation projects. Her qualification is B.Sc. from Pune University and JLPT certified Sankyu level.
Etsuko Dohi

Utilizing my bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English for about 8 years, I have facilitated smooth technical and business communication with both domestic and international clients in the IT industry. With a solid background in software development, ERP consulting, and quality assurance, I specialize in cross-functional project coordination, IT operations management, and the planning and execution of strategic system implementations.
Mruthunjaya Ugaji
Architect - II
Mruthunjaya Ugaji works as a Senior Bilingual Technical Architect for Java based projects, having more than 20 years of experience in Japanese IT industry in development of Web Based Applications in Java and other server-side technologies. Worked in Japan for more than 10 years as a Software Engineer for major IT companies like Epson, Shift INC, Onosokki. Has also worked as a Bridge Engineer handling all Japanese Communication between Indian Software Development team and Japanese counterpart. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics from SJCE Mysore University, Karnataka, India and is having 2nd level certification in Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
