Ugaji is a Bilingual(Japanese/English) IT Professional having 20 years of experience in handling Japanese IT projects, has involved in all phases of software development life cycle. Has taken lead role in forming up a software development team of size 30 members from scratch for a leading Japanese start-up IT company in India. Specialized in Java and database technologies, involves in development of core components and database designing. As he has mastered in both technical and bilingual skill sets which has helped him to bridge between Japanese and Indian Technical teams for successful delivery of the projects.
