Proficient in bid anchoring, estimations, solutioning and delivery strategy, Transformation solutions in test automation, test data management, performance testing, security, blockchain and agile delivery.
With small team and less experienced resources, he puts the right matrix in right topology to feel the customer a world that they have never experienced before and swim effortlessly to success. His skill to apply and distinguish what works for corporate and what works for small company was very intelligent.
Program Lead - II
Shraddha brings a hands-on coding expertise as well as engineering management and operations skill-set to setup, analyse and optimise software development and allied initiatives. With her experience in working on the cross-section of engineering, marketing and product management functions with globally distributed teams, Shraddha helps project stake-holders “keep-things-together”. She is also a practicing DevOps enthusiast bringing automation methodologies to her projects.
Shraddha holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SNDT University, India and Masters in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, USA. She is an agile learner, a good communicator and a problem-solver bringing a balance of hard and soft skills to make her team more effective.
