Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • He/She must have an extensive experience in project management, excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Should be able to Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans and ensure all milestones are met according to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

 

Desired candidate’s Profile (MUST HAVE Skill sets):

  • Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of IT software development, and systems integration.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Design and develop automation scripts

Job Role :

  • Review and analyse system specifications/users stories/use cases/requirements.
  • Preparing test scenarios.
  • Execute test cases (Automation) and analyze results.
  • Design and develop automation scripts when needed.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Strong experience in DevOps, AWS Cloud Computing.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts like VPC/Subnets/RouteTables/InternetGateway/NAT etc.
  • Good hands-on experience in GitLab/GitHub-Actions, CI/CD pipeline, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Automation experience in AWS.
  • Good knowledge of Containerization for e.g. configuring Docker for deploying applications on various underlying OS etc , Kubernetes cluster in AWS and/or cloud environments like AWS Cloud.
  • Knowledge of PHP and Java tools / build Java project using MVN etc.
  • Experience in several AWS Services viz, EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, etc and administering these services.
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Integration tools like GitLab/GitHub-Actions, Jenkins for end-to-end automation of various build and deployment by Integrating Jenkins with Git, Maven, SonarQube etc to automate the code build to deploy process.

  • Gathering and understanding Functional specification and guiding technical teams.
  • Gathering requirement analysis, designing and testing.
  • Assessing impact and risk while integrating the various system to D365 Supply Chain Management for better results.
  • Functional Testing as per business requirement.
  • Liaison between the business clients and Development team.
  • User support after Go Live.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other business systems and applications.
  • Provide end-user training and support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and industry best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform’s full capabilities.
  • Assist in the development of customizations, integrations, and reports as needed.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting demos, and participating in client meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features, updates, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Job Role :

  • He/she will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients.
  • He/she will work closely with clients to understand their business processes.
  • Identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on the best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 Business Central to achieve their goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solution.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and customization tasks as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, enhancements, and updates to Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, proposal creation, and scoping of potential projects.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools, such as Power BI, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are highly desirable.
