EduLab, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) aims to contribute to society by providing educational services that utilize cutting-edge educational measurement technology and IT technology, and by supporting the educational activities and human resource development of schools and companies, as well as the learning activities of individuals.
We believe that all information handled by our company should be adequately protected as an information asset, particularly in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Based on this approach, we have established the following basic information security policy, and we hereby declare that we will put it into practice and strive for continuous improvement and enhancement.
It refers to ensuring and maintaining the “confidentiality,” “integrity,” and “availability” of information assets.
Our company aims to respond to the trust of stakeholders, including customers, business partners, shareholders, and employees, and to fulfill our social responsibilities as a company by handling information assets appropriately.

(2) This applies to all of our company’s directors and employees, workers dispatched to our company under a dispatch contract, workers stationed at our company under a service contract, and part-time and casual workers employed by our company.
(3) This applies to all information related to business activities under our control.

(2) In the unlikely event of an information security incident, we will minimize damage and ensure business continuity.
We conduct risk assessment and management in accordance with the following framework and set management objectives and measures.
(1) Identifying and classifying information assets
Correctly recognize and classify the importance of information assets to our company.
(2) Risk assessment
Establish a basis for evaluating risks and carry out risk assessment.
(3) Risk Management
Implement administrative, physical and technical risk countermeasures.
(1) Compliance with information security obligations
Comply with laws, regulations, internal rules, and contractual information security obligations.
(2) Education and awareness activities
Conduct education and awareness activities regarding information security.
(3) Business Continuity Management
Respond to interruptions in business activities due to the effects of major information system failures and disasters, protect important business processes, and ensure the resumption of business activities and important business processes.
(4) Penalties for violations
Apply penalties to violators of information security policies.
In the unlikely event of an information security incident, general and specific responsibility for information security, including dealing with it and reporting it to the public, rests with our management team.
In order to properly manage information security, we will create and maintain information security management system documents. We also use this document to implement this policy.
This Policy will be approved and regularly reviewed by our Board of Directors.
